We got the termite people in yesterday and did the pest spray. Unfortunately they couldn’t fill up the stuff in the reticulation system cause we had gravel around it and apparently it needs to be around soil. So they will come again next week and put some soil around it before doing it
On another note, we got some new toys installed.

Wow, that’s a very comprehensive kit. We only got the PoE switch, the recorder, and the in wall UAPs x5, in addition to the g3 pros.

Not much happening, still waiting for our IOC
In the meantime, we put together some island bench stools that were delivered earlier..

How does that work with your warranty period? It will almost be over before you move in and get to use the house.

Yeah, we’re quite disappointed. We were told the service warranty period is 6 months in NSW, instead of 3 months, so still have some time. But we would like to see if we can get a warranty extension since it’s hard for us to identify issues if we’re not living in it.

Thanks Drew - We bought them at Studio M so M installed them. They should be available at Beacon. We thought they looked nice and would be easy to clean

Hi all, we finally got our IOC on Friday so moving in over this weekend
Dulie, we’re getting the Reo and some Seymours for the family room and the Boulevard for the sitting room. Will definitely take some pics once they are assembled
We’re very relieved. Lots more to do but at least we’ll be able to finally enjoy the house

Have you had the King Furniture stored away in your own storage? Only asking cause don't they normally assemble and remove all waste apart of their service when they deliver?

Yeah we ordered them a while back so had them delivered to a storage area
They are going to come and assemble this week
