The Sapphire MKII you posted look excellent and it is almost what we have been looking for.

We have been looking at project homes in Homeworld II as we have always thought that we would not be able to afford Customer Builders such as Roselea Homes. The problem now is after investigating for a while, I have found that the project homes we had short listed would cost a lot more with our requested modifications and many builders are not that comfortable with modifying their standard designs.

Would be able to provide me with an indication about the cost of the Sapphire MKII? The "variations" as shown on the floor plans you posted would fit us nicely.

yeah its going to be pretty quiet and peacful, it's in the southern end of the gold coast with only 10 min drive to the beach

Wow, you guys chose almost the exact same colour scheme/tiles as my wife and I. Sounds like we're virtually in sync, in terms of the build process as well. Best of luck, and look forward to following your progress!

My vote was really for Brampton but Hubby preferred a darker brick so we went for Carlisle instead. I've been following your progress also and I think your blog is one of the best ones out there, very informative and interesting! And since you are just a week ahead of us, I guess you'll be our pacing partner. All the best for your build and looking forward to sharing stories with you in the future.
