Hmmm sounds like their stuff up though, especially if it's a standard toilet and cistern they do in a package/upgrade. Sounds like they missed the reinforcement in the wall. I'd be asking for the price difference (wall mounted or recessed are nearly always more $$) back as a variation credit to you for the stuff around and because you didn't get the product spec'd in your contract.

Yeh we pushed the ensuit wall out (during early stages) so this is what has caused the drama but it is there stuff up just like the kitchen tap issue. I will speak with the ss about costings. I also thing we should get a credit for riser ring charged for septic that they never used cost us nearly $600

Yeah hit them up for your septic. I thought I paid for a site fence and didn't get it so was going to do the same but I checked the contract and not in there.
Grr.. sorry about no PCI. Sounds like a list to get thru. hope it comes through quickly.

Trying to pack up my house and this little guy grabs the spare keys from the kitchen draw and quickly jumps in my empty box say "car, car, car"

What a little cutie for a helper. I remember reading you want more babes?? I had a laugh too as we have the same car.

I hope your SS sticks to his time line and you can get your PCI next week.
