Coming along nicely. I need to catch up on some other marcoola 30 builds. We moved in October 2016 and are loving it. We flipped the back half around though.

We done our electricals extras with the sparkie this morning so getting pretty much everything finished off...

that's the same for us with Daydream - our sc even tried to get us to drop the Cooloola portico but that's how we like the house - they should drop the price - 16k for a front entrance but hey it's what we like

I think the hastings facade was 12k ish although it probably costs 4k i still wanted that grand entrance.
Gyprock all up today and bricks delivery.
Going pretty nicely so far..fingers crossed...

[/quote] yeah very true! I don't think they really cost that much but look pretty good. Even better with the tiled pillars but we are sticking with render


Certainly feels alot smaller with sheets up! Not really loving it at the moment.😲

Its called Calf skin Von. Most of it anyway theres abit of the front thats called Light Charcoal and then some face brick piers on the front..
