The paradox alarm system as long as you have the IP chip you can enable from the app. on your phone.

- See if any troubles have occurred in the system

Lucky we added in the IP chip as recommended by the consultant without know all the functions that it came with.
I do recall asking for the model number of the alarm unit during my appointment but never got it and have let us slip since then till now.

We have Bosch Alarm LCD Icon Security System provided as standard in NSW Northern Beaches. No remote controls. Called today to local bosch outlet they are quoating a digital pannel + 2 remotes $287 and the reprograming + fitting $120 extra. So here you go!
We upgraded our Bosch to a digital panel but wasn't told about the remotes.. will need to ask Vacarro

You can get biometric (fingerprint) scanners if you wanted to, but they're not cheap, and not terribly accurate either

I rather sit in the car and click a bottom to open Gate, garage and disarm alarm.
At the moment we have to walk in the rain to get to the front door. Wife and kids hate it, especially in this weather.

The Heating/cooling vents the M puts in their display homes are those round ugly ones.
Can you change then over to the square ones?
Do you request them?

Yes from memory they are an upgrade but can't remember the cost. I just remember saying I couldn't be bothered paying for the square ones.

I am in the process of finalising design for my Gelendale 41 with an alternate master bedroom and ensuite and WiR layout.
Following was the suggested layout however i am not very happy about having a WC door opening in the bedroom.
I do need a double vanity and larger shower cabin (preferably a double but minimum of 1600mm).
Could anyone please provide any valuable suggestions which might help with above.
