My storage unit is working out a treat. Cost me $600 for 3 months, including insurance and 10 free packing boxes..but its huge!! I've saved more then that on buying ex-display furniture and its been nice getting all the boxes and junk out of the house.
Can't wait to move in and unpack...
Things keep turning up in the mail, today was silicone cupcake molds
Shutters & sheets to master
Double roller blinds to the bedrooms
Single roller blind to the kitchen
Curtains to the living and dining
$5.5k!
I think this is too much for me.
My other quote for shutters to master, double to bedrooms and single to kitchen was $2.5k, so its $3000 extract for sheer to the master (not really necessary XD) and the curtains in the living room, which I can do myself a few hundred.
So true Cap, sheers are more a nice to have cause I think they look cool, but I definitely don't need them. Good to hear your shutters blocked out the west sun.

So tempted to get for the guest bedroom.. but don't really need it.
It annoys me cause there's like 3 Kmart stores within 20min drive.. XD surely one should have stock!! I'll go to FG on the weekend and see, if I can't find them then I'll just buy 'em online and pay the fee.
I got my occasional chairs today!!! 3 of them just sitting there waiting for me. Apparently in the time it took me to lay by them 3 more people had come in and asked. Super lucky of me. I am working at FG tomorrow if you want me to check if they've still got the stools to save you a drive if they're sold out
If you wouldn't mind that would be great, should be at FG around midday tomorrow.
I thought I had bought the apollo bedroom suite from FoF at the ex-display for $1200, RRP is $1899 - $2100.
Turns out I bought the Valley, which FoF has online only for $999
Oh well. They are so close I didn't realise they were different, just thought my set was a little lighter stain XD
Apollo
Valley
I like both, but annoyed I paid $200 more and had to store it for 3 months

Dad went past the house today. No changes
I wasn't really expecting much this week, but hopefully they get going again soon.

They had a stack of the black ones and only a handful of the white ones, so was very lucky to get them.
Sort of glad to find them close to home, would have been a pain loading them into the car at FG.
