The chairs are PU but feels very soft and supple and we got it on special ($220ea) from Domayne. Real leather chairs would cost more than $600ea....

Weekly update on landscaping
1. Side and back retaining walls are laid
2. Back fence retaining wall concrete footings completed. Waiting for brickies to come back to build the back retaining wall.
3. Front timber deck is installed but the timber deck design will probably change due the slope of the surrounding areas (driveway and side paths). I think I have to copy Kylz's floating timber Pontoon deck idea

Though given the current after sales experience with M, the blinds people etc - I am not sure if I am keen to build another house. I did think we will in the next few years, but feeling so over it.

Our current one is 16.1m - could have done better with a bigger garage too!!! the double garage is too small - I don't think it can fit in two cars.

Hey Mona, what are the dimensions of your garage? And is the issue the narrow width (doors opening) or length? I drive past so many houses with 'double' garages holding only a single car it seems like a common issue - although with the single car at least you can get storage, shelving etc in there ....
