Hopefully sooner Orph that list has decreased and look to be mostly minor jobs (except tiles) what will they do for the tile fix? Done before or afterwards?

I would prefer it be rectified after handover as its a big job and we need to move in as the furniture is arriving in 2 weeks

Hey Orph,

Just though I'd let you know the place I'm currently renting in south west of Sydney was built by M and the downpipes are painted all the way around.

Hey Orph,

Definitely will be a tricky job to fix the tile, so annoying.

It is unlucky and annoying for sure. What's yr thoughts if we should get it fixed since it's a hair line fracture only and is in the corner?

I would get it fixed orph. It won't be a problem after handover because you'll already be in. The only pain would be having someone home to give them access. Or make them use a ladder lol.

I have two chipped tiles right under my shower screen
I am pondering whether I asked for them to be fixed too...

Yeah, prob get it fixed after handover so it doesn't get delayed.

Oh cracked tiles in shower should be fixed to prevent water leakage into the waterproofing membrane.

I would get it fixed after handover. No need to rush it, the no problem with leaving it is the movement with changes of weather at times will make the crack more obvious.

We have these at work. I always have to use both hot and cold at once because with the work aircon on the cold water makes me too cold so I need more room temperature.

Same here our office has plenty of these. I also noticed the filter unit is very big!
