Awesome they look great. 3/4 of the build I'll look into doing some as well. Always great to have your own custom built designs.

Some updates:
1. New doors being installed
2. Render for Front pillar has first coat of cement
3. Cleaners busy cleaning away
4. We have power! I don't like the yellow light so will get 4000k neutral white lights to install.

The light bulbs are the test globes from M. We will replace with white LED downlights after handover. However the light in the bathroom is part of the 3-in-1 unit so definitely have to replace that bulb with a white colour too. Not a fan of the yellow lights....

I told SM if he doesn't complete it before 2 weeks time then all "my" tradies will come to install the cabinets, WIR, blinds and furniture and Landscape.

Folks, there's potentially a major problem with the cabling (phone, pay-TV, fibre) as from what I can see these cables are hanging out in our living room as opposed to being in the garage.
I remember KP had this same query about cabling hanging out of the wall but hers was in the garage which is where ours supposed to go as well...
This can have serious consequences with running cables from the street (eg tv and telephone) into our family room. What a stupid design.....

Is it because we deleted the Smart Estate Hub package (as advised by our M electrical consultant) we don't have a container/Hub in the garage? But I don't see in the diagram where it states cables hanging out from our family room?
