I'm pretty good at making friends with everyone. Hopefully we get an easy going one. God knows the admin stage has been a nightmare. That even my csc can't wait to for us to finally begin.

No that would be just allowing for extra time. Doesn't usually take that long. I'm in a 47sq now built by Pd 4 bathrooms ect.. it took 5mths. Not one crack in it. One of the Squarest houses you would come across.
My consultant reckons 7mths.

Our SM is meant to be the most experienced in our area and is used to building 1M+ mega large houses.
I got one ☝️ has become quite useful actually.
