Hi Phil, just looking on the Riverstone Meadows website and on the Master Plan Lot 508 is actually on Tallulah Pde. I think the Lot numbers have changed a bit as we have new lot numbers next to us that weren't there before.

just spoke with Crown and they are saying stage 1 registration is June 2017 and stage 2 is looking at Nov 2017
Hi rheat. Yes we just got an email from them with that in there. Let's hope it's not pushed back again.
Got that same email. This is now the 4th month change we've been given for stage 1. Hopefully this is the last. It's good to finally see some progress happening in the estate after 18 months from purchasing our lot!
So just saw the same Bellriver house and land they we bought go back up for sale on REA and the price difference for what we paid to that one is $62k. Pretty happy with that return in 3months.

Hi rheyt, I just saw your message, yes we are building the Ascot, seems to be the only 2 story home that fits on the land but we are going for the Ascot 266. How about you?

We are building in Riverstone Meadows in stage 2.
When we purchased the land we was told registration would be June/July 2017 but they informed us it had just been pushed back to then.
When we purchased the block we found out they were about to take the remaining blocks of the market and put it back on after Christmas for $50k more so that's encouraging. We live in Riverstone already and visit the land quite often, they are making very fast progress with it.
We are building with Bell river homes. Look forward to seeing it all coming together.

we have also purchased in Riverstone Meadows 2nd phase, and were informed registration expected in November 2016. Nice to know that work is in progress.
You mentioned you live in Riverstone, could you give us some overview of how the place is.

We are building in Riverstone Meadows too Stage 2! We go out once a month to check progress- we were told rego march 2018?? I hope to be in before Christmas 2018!!!
