How did your prestart go Paishe?


It went so good!! Better then what we thought, and everything in budget

Didn't need to upgrade much!
Slab should go down in a few months hopefully

How long did anyone's scheduling roughly take and for the pad to go down?
1 week in our case, building new gen (summit)
My siteworks began less than a week after i returned my signed off final plans

I was worried about the thickness being so thin but I couldn't go past the warranty and they are half the price of real wood. When I'm doing over 200sq Metres it's a massive cost.

How exciting!! That's great you will have a roof before Christmas - that's our goal! We are just waiting for the slab to cure now, hoping for brickwork to start next week

We went there yesterday and they did the tin all in one day and electricians there today!! very exciting

I second taking your plans elsewhere. They're yours (unless you ended up in one of those cheaper arrangements where you don't own the rights and the build will be tendered…
