Got a letter in the mail this morning from the council, it looks as though our plans have been approved! Still waiting for final approval from finance though...
Congrats!! The loan seems to be taking a while, that was one part that was really quick for us, Bendigo Bank were excellent to deal with.
Thank you! Yes I know it is taking a while... I've been told we will have the papers in around 5 days from yesterday. We're going to Thailand this Saturday for a week so we won't even be able to sign them till we get back anyway! But our broker said that because the bank now has a copy of the council's approval it will make the process quicker..

Yes we have news! Have been unconditionally approved for finance yay! Also we went for a quick drive past our block just to see what's bee. Happening around since we went away and saw this!!

Excellent progress! It will all happen so quickly now, it's amazing how quick they get to lock up stage!!

We're flying along! All elec, plumbing etc is done, all batts are in and plaster is starting on Monday! I'll upload some pics shortly.. how are things at your end?
