Think so, handed site over 18 Jan.....

We're at the half way point next week, week 16. I guess if roof is on next week we're tracking pretty well. How come you have a 40 week build, I thought 32 weeks was standard? (....goes to re-read contract!)
They did build Xmas shut down into that time frame... Not too sure why it's 40 weeks. We did a fair few structural mods too so many that's why
Think so, handed site over 18 Jan.....
So you are at 14 weeks then?
You're quite right, we are currently in week 13! I tried to set up a recurring calendar event on my iPad and it's clearly not worked!!
Yeah those
Roof tiles delivered too, so fingers crossed we'll have a hat on soon
External colours are Dulux Pipe Clay for Hebel and eaves;
And Dulux Timeless Grey for portico beam;
Monument downpipes & facia.
Surfmist windows, rainwater tank etc.
Our frame inspection report is in, only 3 relatively minor points;
1. Frame bracing needs to be straightened and tightened in places
2. Flashing is missing below kitchen and butlers pantry windows
3. Frame isn't plumb so needs to be adjusted
SM tells me 3 is planned to be done at the same time the eaves are done, so all in hand. 1 and 2 are an easy fix too.
Good quality build so far

Just wondering, did you get an independent person to inspect the frames? Would you recommend getting an independent person in to do this for someone like us who have no idea on what to look for at each stage of the build? Thx.
That said, M tend to use tradies they've used before, so every one needs minimal supervision.
Inspired by Orpheus, we bought a (basic) drone, flying skills by my 9 year old (he's more skilled than me!);
