Looking at the prices of some, i would say Greenway lots are much better value for money

They only provide the top and bottom prices.
Rest you can judge for yourself or call them

450sqm for $420,000
519sqm for $499,000
If you click on the house and land packages and then click on the different builders it also has the prices
Wow !!!!!!!!!! too much expensive...... 450 SQM for $420k???

Even Stonecutter was at same price !!!!! So GL is really competative price....

I think the prices are really competitive. Very good deal for the price plus not on the main road. What are your thoughts ?
The lots were maximised this time. The prices of both builders were just right for the design of the homes. It looks to me that the lane at the back will not be visible to those who pass the entrance. I have yet to inquire what the plans are on the road fronting the neighborhood centre as there were quite a number of people talking to the GL Sales personnel about the latest release. When the release goes back to the 2A and 2B area I believe that the increase will be massive. By the way, I overheard that lots 550, 555, 556 and 557 are still available for sale as at 28 June 2014.
I agree the price for new release is perfect and should sell like hot cakes.


It will be away from the road as it is the inside lane. Either the price is too low or 2a and 2b release lots prices will go up quite a lot.


Progress going quite well! 5b prices seem very reasonable.. Also the lots facing the shopping centre will share the same access from the back
Interesting design with these narrow lots !
Still have an impressive front with a 10m frontage, rather than the garage taking more than half the frontage.

I assume it would be a private laneway, not a general thoroughfare for garage access. Access to laneway appears to be from both ends, from the cul-de-sac end as well as the top end.
I think the best value for money in Stage 5B is as follows:

Lot 522 is a bit weird shaped but a good landscaping can make it look nice...
