Thought Id share an update. Finally heard back from the DBA about my issues with the builder not coming back to fix defects. They now sent my list of items to the builder for their comment so will be interesting to see what comes back.
I also have been enjoying looking after a mummy cat who had 2 beautiful little kittens. Theyll all be looking for good homes in a few more weeks. If anyone is interested you can PM me

So havent heard from DBA or builder...Im thinking this is going to bea very long process.

I work with owner, he/she is my man on the ground and I instruct them when to visit the site and take photos and I have other tools in the bag.
