Stop tempting me with all the kitties! The tabbies are so cute!

Curtains look great! I've looked at those at ikea many times myself! They really finish off the room. When we moved in I wasn't sure about adding the curtains to the family room as planned, but I'm swinging back towards having them now. I think we need the warmth and the softness. I just wonder if I'll spend a fortune on them and then have them open all the time anyway.

OMG look at those little angels! They are adorable! I haven't had much time to comment lately but I like how you still update even though you are moved in etc. I like reading about your adventures!

This is my third lot and while they have all been cute these ones are just OMG lovely. I love the tabbies too...may end up keeping one

Curtains change the room so much. Im liking them, making the room feel softer. I will use them on hot days as that back half of the house gets hot in the mornings!! I just need tiebacks, they are bigger than I expected

$129 each for the railing and fittings from Spotlight
$110 for installation by Grey Army (they were great)
$69 for each pair of curtains from IKEA

You know how people get baby fever? I get cat fever. Really badly lol.

They are too little to go to new homes yet, need their vet work first. But they are just SO cute. And so quick XDD

I made the mistake of showing my girls. Now they're trying to come up with a name starting with M because of the marking on her forehead

The kids are really interested . I am too, just a bit hesitant. I figured once we had a place of our own we would eventually end up with a cat again (I used to have birmans, so her white feet feel like some sort of sign) but wasn't thinking so quickly and I was thinking short hair this time. Hubby is also giving me mixed messages, one minute he says "we're not getting a cat" but then he's participating in the name list and asking if I can PM you to see if she is spoken for . I'll let you know

Those kittens are gorgeous...lucky we already have a full house pet-wise.

Hehe...that wont be advertised till all their vet work is done, which I think will be at least 3 wks away cause they are so little still.

They are heartbreakers. They came from a family with 3 little kids so are very well socialised. Going to break my heart to see them all go.

Parrot us my favorite. He lubs me always wants to be on my shoulder.







We have to give them unique names in the rescue so these guys are named for the Black family from Harry Potter.

So theres Bellatrix (Bella), Callidora (Calli), Orion and Regulus (Parrot).

She's available I can hold her for friends.

Its only taken 6 months, or thereabouts but the home improvements are finally done D Window treatments, landscaping, fencing, screen doors, shower door, cat run, organization and storage..

Its been such a journey, but I'm glad to turn my attention to something other than the house. My only house plans for this year are a veggie garden and some artwork for the walls.
