Can anyone suggest what's the reasonable price per linear sq mt to install treated timber sleepers under the fence as a retaining wall...height is about 600mm and length about 24mt
$80-$90 per metre is a reasonable price or colorbond fence + sleepers. Also depends on how many sleepers you have underneath as well though.

yea i used these guys for my landscape plan too, very helpful and no fuss. (Don't get your builder to do one for you, your builder will charge crazy prices)

Does anyone know if is possible to obtain AHD survey report from outside?
Eden Brae has quoted $791 in the tender. Does this price look alright?

We have tendered with Wisdom Homes and they have $385 for the AHD survey in our tender.
