can you please help me a bit. i ve seen on you portico they have rendered the columns all the way down below the hebel. did you ask them or its something been done by you after handover?

this is a long shot as you’ve long since finished your build, but I was wondering if you have a photo of the floor plan you went with? We are looking at the Denver, and while we don’t need all the space the 34 offers, we still want the pantry etc. Im also interested as you appear to have altered the original kitchen layout and am wondering how it all ties in??
I’ve emailed our local Metricon with suggestions I’d like to modify some things but the reply sounded as if it was going to be a difficult process to make any modifications. If you still get emails alerts for this thread I’d really appreciate your advice!
