Have been away on extended holidays and yeah a lot progress at the house
- painting complete
- Tiling has started today
- plumber fit out started
- balustrade installed
- electrical fit out next week

Gorgeous Shan!! I can't believe how fast yours seems to have come together. Maybe it is just because mine was so slow lol. Dying to see photos of the kitchen and living area!

Your front niche is amazing. Making me regret deleting it from our floorplan Looks like a deep one too... Bigger than the standard 70mm...? Hubby didn't wanna compromise his garage space to build out the whole wall and I didn't wanna compromise hallway. But looking at yours, would have soooo been worth it!

I recognise those tilers! They did our job. Hopefully they are using spacers at your place!

Also Shan- can I ask what trimming you have on the inside of your entry door? Are the architraves timber like the door, or are they painted white?

What is the pitch of your roof? Ours is 20 degrees and looks really 'shallow'.

That's ok Shan. They put the fascia and gutters up today so there is more definition in the roofline even though it does not have a high pitch. Thanks though.

Yeah I think, handover will be early to mid march from what the SS has said.

Next week - Stone bench, garage door, gyprock back to finish of alfresco. Plumbing final fit of.

So really can't think of what could hold us back. the pic showing the door trim @ Mrs JM

Hope everyone is having a good weekend, was able to get in to the house this morning.

- stone benchtops are installed
- plumbing fit off in progress
- door hardware installed.
- tiling complete
- upper floor sanding is complete for carpet installation soon

Absolutely stunning!! It is so grand the way you have the stairs up to the front door. Absolutely love it. The window and niche in the entry were a stroke of genius. Do you think it's too late for me to fit a window in my entry!? Lol
