Caddens penrith

Hi, this may be a long shot......I noticed some people in here are on Tangerine Street in Caddens. Does anyone happen to live, or know who lives at number 7? We would love to find out the brick they have used!! I'm too chicken to go up and knock on the door!

All good ...... the brick is blue steel flash! Asked the owners today

Does anyone have an idea if a dual occupancy house can be built in Caddens, block size is 580 sq m and the front is 21m wide.

Anyone on Cadda Ridge Drive happy about the bus stop out the front of their place? Just read an article that residents at the nursing home campaigned for it. Fair enough they need access to public transport. The buses won't be blocking their driveway or preventing them from parking outside their house though. Anyone know how to go about how to getting it moved without ripping it out of the ground?

Hi this group has gone pretty quiet so not sure if people are still watching it. I am after a few local tradies contacts - for drive way, landscaping, retaining walls n fencing, blinds et al, typical that one needs in a new house. Please suggest, always helpful to hv a reference. Thx

Driveway - we will either be going through excite concrete or sdh concrete (very very similar in price, there was only $20 difference) Have seen both companies work and looks very good.

Blinds/shutters - best quote and quality materials used, very good sales service - we found they are easy to deal with, very responsive compared to other companies who take 1 week or longer or never get back to you. Riverland Blinds - showroom is on mulgoa rd near masters. Open half day Saturday. They are coming this Monday to do measurements.

Fences - we got a block of wood thrown on our land with a paper advert wrapped around it, we will give them a call to see what they quote.

Landscape - dont know, know one is getting back to us or too busy to come to site to have a look. We were given some contacts but no quotes yet....

Can anyone recommend a concreter for our footpath? We are at O'Connell st in Caddens.
