They are a central coast builder, when we started the process the had a rule that they would build 1hr and 15 min from their main offices. We are right on that limit. But they now are getting more work in Sydney so they have opened it up and build all over.
I'll keep an eye out with interest for hopefully other H1 members who also build with Tullipan. Word of mouth is a powerful advertising medium.
