Our block is only 12.62 x 30 so I don't know how you'd feel on that Dave

12.5 x 30 seems to be the new standard nowadays. We felt lucky snapping up a 12.5 x 32 when we spotted it on sale. We had one developer trying to convince us to buy a 7.5m frontage block
Prestart is coming up... Eeeek! These are the colours we are thinking for the bathroom floor tiles, bathroom wall tiles, cabinetry and stone for both Ensuite & Kitchen.

Any thoughts on a black mirrored splashback? Easy to clean..ect? Sent off for a quote with Walsh's glass to compare the prices at Prestart. Anyone know any prices? Absolutely love it!!!

So we had Prestart on Friday & it went really well !!!

Super stoked with all the pricing and our consultant Candi was great! Below are a few things we amended/upgraded. As we already had a lot included into our contract (ie, semi frame-less shower screen to ensuite, double vanity's, integrated rangehood, overheads, upgraded sinks & floor wastes) HEAPS! We didint really have to add/upgrade tooooo much so was okay.

- Upgraded our floor tiles with Crosby Tiles to Ensuite/Bathroom/Laundry and both WC's 300x300 (Haven Charcoal)
- Ensuite floor tile to run up full shower wall (as a feature)
- Cold Water tap to fridge recces
- Horizontal grain to Kitchen/Pantry/Laundry
- Slotted Gutters
- Upgraded to the Della Vita Ultimo Dual combo square head shower to Ensuite
- Upgraded Kitchen Mixer
- Upgraded Laundry Mixer
- Translucent glazing to front entry door
- Upgraded all internal door handles
- Upgraded to the bigger Handles on the 6 pot draws in kitchen.
- Upgraded the Ensuite & Bathroom cupbaord and draw handles
- Tray Draw under oven
- Increased manhole to 700x700
- Cupboards under Pantry Benchtop
- Upgraded size of Bath to 1675mm
- Increase Meals window by approx 500mm
- Black Glass Splashback to Kitchen
- Bin drawer to Kitchen
- Raise all robe shelf & rails to 1900mm
- Increase Pantry tiling to 2 rows above benchtop (so its the same as the laundry)
- Deleted middle Alfresco pier (to open up this area)

I will also upload our tile & colour selections soon aswell !!

YAYYYYY its all happening
