Thanks Vikas! The duplicates is very obvious so easy for you to spot.

Also did you get my pm asking about cost of study room extension? I'm having trouble with sending messages using tapatalk

Orpheus...just sent you a PM...let me know if you have not recd it.
ya the duplicates were obvious but with 100 points in tender and most of the them just generic...I was losing concentration
luckily i spotted this one and woke up and found couple more

Also as we have L&H package for Glendale 38, during tender they told us that our estate requirement is to have little bigger eves and bigger garage so they have added extra cost for that ...I argued again as M was well aware of the estate requirement whey they advertised the package cost so they can't charge more now....again they agreed and gave us credit of $1800...

I have now learnt with them ...you don't challenge you don't get.
Good spotting with the duplicates and great job challenging them! Its a good idea to quadruple check everything!!
Vikas, sorry to bother you as not sure if my pm is reaching you. If you can kindly post a photo of your front elevation (or facade) pls that would be greatly appreciated! Just want to see how your garage roof looks like. Thanks!

This is rough idea of the colour combination we are deciding on

Please let me know your opinions

And excuse me for not making a very clean image.. Little messy at the roof

Your roof line over your garage is very similar to ours. The colour combination is good. Will it be stacked stone to the right hand front facade? Metricon used to have a website called envisage by Metricon that allowed you to do all your colours internally and externally. I'm not sure if it's still available but I found it quite helpful. Monier tiles also have a visualizer for roof colours. Best of luck deciding.

Hi tribe .. Yes it's a pillar on right side of facade and we are planning to have stacked stone there ... And I will check the website you mentioned

Thanks

Good colour combination for your facade Vikas! I think M took down that envisage website a few weeks ago unfortunately!
Vikas are you upgrading to the 3 coat paint system for the internal walls?

Hi Vikas if you are keen to see how your externals look before selection or after selections, New Home Visuals can do this for you. Just send them your front elevation plans and your selections. It costs something like $90. You can do one correction from memory...,,,good luck

Hi everyone,
We finally signed the contract ...

We were suppose to have external appointment same day but contract meeting went overtime so had to postpone external meeting which is now tomorrow....It's good as we were still unsure of external colours

Guys need you help.. We have finalised two colours for our external render look but not able to decide
Can you all pls provide your opinions or suggestion

Congratulations.

I like the first one. .... though i think the grey stone needs to be another colour. Is it cladding upstairs?

Thanks monalisa for your reply ... Yes it's cladding upstairs but we will do normal render throughout the house... Wife don't like the cladding look

Just the picture does not have exact Isla facade look as we will have glass for balcony and front door is showing as window in above pics

Hi Vikas,

I am partial to grey so like the second one
Few things I would change is have some contrast in between the renders between the two floors. With stacker stone we were a bit concerned it might time stamp the house. If you look at the new display homes they use outdoor tiles as a feature on pillars that stacker stone. Also consider your internal colours, if you like the warm earthy tones and plan to go with creams/Browns then your internal and external has to flow. I found this article quite useful when deciding externals

http://www.stylishlivablespaces.com/ext ... our-scheme

End if the day it's your home as long as you love it that's what matters. Good luck with choosing
