Celebration Homes: The Court in Aspiri

So our documentation was submitted to Landgate on the 30th of June, should have titles in either 5.6 - 11.6 business days.

Can anyone let me know how long they had to wait for Landgate to issue titles once at this stage?
Clinno our titles didn't take too long to get issued.
I've already done prestart and signed contract. I wanted to raise the garage but the builder it would cost 600 to rebs it plans on top of costs. It was rather disappointing as our sales rep kept pushing for things to be done at prestart. Once you get to prestart they jack up their prices from what they quote previously with your sales rep.
Looks like our titles came out today, settlement due early August.
Looking forward to paying rent and a mortgage at the same time.
Our prestart is now all complete. Bianca the prestart lady was very helpful and assisted us with our 1 million email queries and took bulk photos for us after we forgot to do so.
Be nice to know everyone's build stages from slab to completion.
