Austral urban one range in pepper

We used these bricks, we think they turned out great. Ill try to get a better pic of the whole house sometime and post it up. We have a dark roof with them too.

Unfortunately we haven't even broken ground yet

Madamimadam- how annoying? How long have you been waiting for the start? Our plans are in council right now, and we are going through the colour selection. We have to knock down our old house first though... added time and expense!

Bristile Coal for our roof. A lot of the front of out place is bagged and painted (moroka finish) in a light colour so it balances out.

I know this is quite old now, but i thought id update with our progress. We have finished bricking and have our roof on, just waiting for the eaves to be fitted.

We are really happy with our choice of the bricks and roof.

Raemit, do you have any other photos of your house with the bricks cleaned? We're looking at the "Pepper" bricks also, but a bit concerned that they are going to have too much red in them. Thanks!

Here are some more photos, only the top half of the bricks are cleaned at the moment, they are a brownish brick ( we thought they would be more greyish) but we are really happy with how they have turned out. We used surfmist for the windows, cladding and eaves.

Hope that helps. All the bricks have been cleaned now. The roof / garage door is Dune and the facia , railing and gutters are surf mist.

I'll have to add a pic to this thread. We are building in Qld and have chosen pepper...partially based on this thread and the brick is sooo much lighter than shown here! lol
