Unfortunately nothing to report from me too. I'm waiting for a go ahead from the bank which takes forever.

Onewheel, hows the pool going?
Very slow, wet weather has not helped the last few weeks. However we managed to drain all of the water from the weekend downpour from the pool surrounds, so it was ready for the landscaper today. Fingers crossed all paving will be done by the weekend and I finally have a photo to share
I think our frames went up a week after slab was laid, so you most likely have frames up by next week.

The rain in the past few weeks made my build go slower too, hopefully diving in your pool is not far away:z:
The frame is scheduled for the 17th of June, which is 2 weeks away, its a fair bit to wait but SS wants the slab to have enough time to cure before putting the frame

The framing started on the 17th of June and took 2 days for it to be finished

The bricks had been delivered also. Bricklayers are coming tomorrow to lay the bricks

Wow, you seem very calm, that would freak me out. Hoepfully someone on this forum can tell you if its ok or not. Unfortunately I don't know anythig about building, but it would worry me.
On the plus side exciting to have your frame and bricks starting soon! My bricks are currently sitting on my block waiting to start too!
I am not very worried about it, i have seen other threads with the same issue and it had been fixed without difficulty.

Yay how exciting avalanche. Our slab was poured last week and we are now waiting on frames. No update from ss so no idea when we can expect things to happen

Just looked at your blog, yay for finished bricks! They just finished ours last week, due to a holdup with the brickie. We got our lockup and fix bill in one go last week lol.

Thanks! Avalanche, we will definetly be in by Christmas, I am really hoping for October now though, since they have been quick so far! That would make our build about 5 months, I reckon they can do it, that was their average they told me when we signed up. I'm so excited I just want to move in already!
You should also be in by Christmas too I think!
