We went for this:
Provide Platinum Package Insulation to include Internal Soundscreen acoustic wall insulation to all internal walls $2,750
Provide Bradford R2.0 Soundscreen insulation between Ground Floor/First Floor $3,186

None...nearing PCI...spoke to SS once, he said we would inly hear from him if it eas bad news.

I would call my ss once every 2-3 weeks at the early stage and then every week towards the end

I advised my ss that I expected weekly updates at the minimum, & that he could choose the day & time to contact me. He chose Friday afternoons to suit his schedule, & became aware that it was beneficial to call me more frequently when the build was busy
