Hey Lucene, you sort of met my DD's this afternoon. They were walking home from school and you were bringing in your bin and they told me they said hi to you. My eldest just saw the latest photo of you grandson and she thinks he is just lovely.

Twin, I am so glad to hear from you, it took a long time for the verandah to be finished because of the weather but we are really happy with it. Paving will be started soon and then the fences, how is your beautiful house coming along, I haven't checked up on you lately?

DH has been impossible about hanging our art. He's a bit low at the moment.
Your curtains are beautiful and I'm so jealous. That's exactly what I would have chosen. We went simple with verticals (which I'm happy with) but they don't add the warmth that curtains and those spectacular pelmets do.
I'm so glad you're enjoying baby Ryan. I look after my bevy of beauties regularly tho I still work. It's hard to squeeze it all in.
