It's been close to 6 months, hasn't been any major delays either. Had a week or so with construction plans and rest was finalising plans and designs out of colours etc

Was your land already registered.
Im hoping to get through colours and end panel and into construction ASAP.
Delays drive me nuts.

Hi Navy,
All minor jobs from what I can see. Finishing touch-ups of paint, gyprock, electrical, silicon, another brick clean (as we had some crooked ones replaced) but because it requires various trades progress has been slow. Stormwater hasn’t been done but i’m guessing they’ll do that soon now that site has been cleaned.
PCI is late next week. Is that when we need to make the final payment?

We are at week 42 minus Xmas shutdown of a 36 week contract. Our SS has told us he has trades booked up to mid October. Almost 52 weeks since scrape!!
