i cant beliveve how quickly your house has come up! We started at the exact same time, for a 30 square single story and our tiler started the same day as yours... uunfortunately he hasn"t been back since his first day but I digress.... Looks great!
Neither could we. We were expecting the house to be completed by end of July/August but not complaining that its earlier
than anticipated.
the grout and some tile skirting is not done so tiler will be back after the plumbing fitoff.

Hi tnikki, Our PCI is May 28th, But I understand the new SS is trying to bring that date back. Your tiles look lovely! Finally starting to bring all the colour scheme together now!
We find out this week re PCI.. we still have things to go in.

even though we have a “whirly bird” on our plans
apparently we don’t need one as we have tiles on our roof and it’s a drawing mistake!!
How could that be? It’s not on the contract but is drawn on the plans
Also would that affect the 6 star energy rating?

Its funny how each builder organise the works differently, we had our TUb delivered and fitted at week 15 yet we are now onto week 20 and still do not have a roof over our garage.....
What a morning!! PCI done in 2.5hrs Pheew
apart from some minor paint touch ups nothing major. Cert of Occ was passed
I think it went really well
So we can settle on tue 3/6 but due to work commitments we can only do 5/6.. pretty happy with that!!
