We will be continuing to fit off next week with floor covers starting late next week early the following. Practical completion should be 2 weeks with 2 weeks of paperwork and bank inspections to allow for before handover. If you give one months notice on your rental now that should be sufficient.

Awesome pendant Reg! So happy now that I managed to convince Hombre to have pendant lights in the entry. Cannot wait to see your styled home and of course the home theatre.

Checked your floor plan again.... your entrance is similar to mine (lengthwise)... I am sure a pendant will look fantastic...
how wide is your hallway?
Something like this if your ceiling is <2.7m

Love the suggestions, once I get an electrician might see if they will change from downlight at entrance. Hallway is 1750 at the entrance then gets narrower, ceilings are less than 2.7m. However got to find out who the new SS is (my old one got sacked this week) before I find out when the electrician is coming.

wow! 1750 is a very good size... mine is only 1500...
