Yeah hopefully they can get the roof blanket and colorbond installed by the end of the week. Supposed to be some decent weather coming this Thursday and Friday. Fingers crossed.
The other point is we kind of want to go with the Aspire facade - mainly due to the additional cost of others. There is no Savannah display home here in QLD. Wished we could've seen a built facade so we can have some peace of mind that we made the right choice.

I heard that it is quite different from the current Savannah models. It has been an earlier model with some modifications

Had a walk-through the other day with Site Supervisor to see how things are coming along, and took some pics of the interior for comparison with the finished product upon completion. Can't believe how small everything looks right now without any sheeting, cabinetry or fittings installed. I had to check with a tape measure to be sure they hadn't shrunk everything down in size.

BTW, did you concrete the outdoor room (alfresco) and do any upgrades to the stairway? We are scheduled to go through the contract for our Savannah 34 on Saturday.

Outdoor Room will be grey rough-tread tiles.
The stairway will have Maple Treads to the 1st and 2nd steps as per our Promotion Pack. We also added two Maple Risers to match/compliment the Maple Treads, a Maple Continuous Handrail and Maple Saw Tooth Capping. All the Maple timber will be stained in Charcoal.

Not at all. I only just found out myself what they were when they were installed.
The Soffits are the horizontal boards between the Fascia and the brickwork.
The downpipes were partially installed and painted last week, and the scaffolding is now coming down. Can finally get a good look at the outside of the house.
Next up should be the remaining lower roof sections for both the front garage and rear open living area. Hopefully there'll be some more progress during the remainder of the week.
