Final figures came through late yesterday afternoon, but as usual, they weren't 100% correct.
We asked for the WIR fit out in bed 1 to be removed so we could do it post handover. So instead of removing just bed 1, they've removed all of the shelving and hanging rails from all the wardrobes
It's only minor but it's just more time wasting having it corrected.

So we are still in limbo.
All plans, variations etc have been signed off but due to all the extra time taken to get things right, we are outside our 90 day window from pre-approval so we had to start again with he bank.
Contracts should be ready for signature tomorrow morning ??
In the meantime I've been window shopping...
Having a custom dining table made similar to this but larger to accommodate 8-10 seats.
And 90% sure I want these chairs too

We got a similar pendant for the dining.
But unfortunately it dosnt come with smoked glass globes.

I love the pendant you chose. I originally had it in my contract with M but changed my mind last minute.
M have said if bank contracts come through by end of this week, we'll get an early March start date.
