Hi all - from a very anxious beginner!

Been lurking here now and then over the last month or so - what a great community !

We are looking to buy our 1st home, and the thought of building seems 'appealing'. However we are alittle initimidated by the whole idea and even more so after reading some of the horror stories in this forum.

Anyhows - just wanted to drop a line and say G'day.
