Was introduced to the forum by a workmate who was an owner builder and he thought it would be beneficial to have a read even though im planning to go volume build. Have been doing just this and getting so much information, so thought i should join in and contribute to the community!
Plan is to commence build early Jan 2016 - building with Clarendon NSW - Sheridan 38 (Knock down rebuild).

Hopefully your Sheridan 38 building is going on now.
We almost decided to build Sheridan 36 with some variation inside. Had a long conversation with the salesperson in Clarendon display office in Parklea today.
Our land registration is in June this year so not much time left. We are now going through the selection process of different inclusions and upgrades.
We would be very happy to hear from you. How is it going with Clarendon budget wise?
Which upgrade have taken or not? Any suggestions from your experience?
Where are you building? Our land is in Elara at marsden park. However whats the size of your land? We may end up with a 37 or 38 too.
