New in VIC 3107

Hi all,

Building our first home.
Bought an old place from a State Trustees auction in March this year.
Been putting the plans and finances together and since finalising the plans last month, now agreeing with a builder on a start.

Just sorted out the abolishment and demolition timetables.
So will be starting really soon. Really excited!

Will share what we can but also hope for some advice and look around for any experience shared by others.
