I've been lurking around for awhile but things are getting serious on the housey front now so I figured it was time for me to join in the discussions!
MrT and I own a house in country Vic which is going to be extensively rennovated as soon as we get our butts into gear, we've had the place for five years now! Hopefully we get it started soon, I'm really not looking forward to the process.
As soon as its done we're going to be building a new place a little bit closer to Melb. At the moment we're looking at Porter Davis or MainVue, but we're still in the 'holy crap you want how much' stage and dont really know what we're doing.
Scary times ahead...

We are in the same stage. Had a discussion with a porter Davis yesterday and are wondering what they are coming back with. But will be worth it in the end.
