Hi All

Just thought I would pop in and introduce myself. This is a great site that has already given me some great info (yes i have been lurking for a little while ). DH and I have previously renovated a 1950's home in Perth and built a new home in the Southwest. We are now on the move again looking to change location to be nearer familiy so we are once more on the real estate treadmill. Exciting for us but I dont think the kids are liking being dragged around to home opens. Anyway hoping I will soon be able post about our own new project and looking forward to picking all your brains for great idea's.

Welcome! Where will you be moving to? We are located in the SW too (Collie way ) but building in an estate north of Perth. Finding it hard to be so far away from our build but not long now and we will be moving back to Perth

What sort of plans/homes have you been looking at?

We are looking at moving right into Bunbury, we are kinda on the outskirts now. We have resigned ourselves to the fact that we will be renovating as there is not alot of land in town to build. I know how hard it is to be a long way from a build. We were based in Perth when we built down here and it is difficult trying to keep your finger on the pulse and make sure things are progressing as they should.
