My names meatbag, I'm currently a bachelor working in the mines of W.A.

About to start building my first house down in wellard through homebuyers centre.

I am a complete n00b but like to search through lots of different forums to learn new things. I have lived in several share houses over the last 7 years and had too many of my personal belongings stolen or trashed by careless housemates so am looking forward to having a place I can call my own.

Welcome to the forum. We built not far from where you will be, in Aubin Grove. Been in almost a year... it goes so fast! It is great having your own place.

Were building in Newhaven at Piara Waters, what plan of the house did you get?

Like you, we are not familiar with building as well and am trying to learn through the help of this site.
