Newbie from Victoria !!!

Hi Everyone,

I am a new member here and wanted to take the time out to introduce myself.

My name is Michael and I live in Victoria, in the Western Suburbs. I’m 28 and my partner and I have just purchased a house together.

We are both new to renovating and have no real experience, however, what we lack in skill we make up for in excitement !!!

The house we purchased was built in the 1950’s and needs some work to say the least.

We plan on making it a comfy home to raise our expected baby in and provide some room for us to move around.

I will be browsing around and posting here and there, with and without photos.

Thanks for taking the time to read my thread, and I hope to talk and ask plenty of questions soon.

I havnt been here long but I love this site, the people here are a wealth of information and I love seeing the pictures of what everyone are doing.

Hi Mick and welcome to the forum. Congrats to you and your wife on the expected baby too. I have a 10 week old (and a toddler) so I know how you feel about wanting to get the house finished.
