Temporary accommodation during renovation

We will need to move out of our house for about 4-8 weeks (depending on selected builder and subbies) to allow for house raising, some demo and asbestos roof replacement. I was hoping for some ideas on simple temporary accommodation. I'm based in brisbanes inner north.
Take a break, Rent a apartment for short term in gold coast or cairns and enjoy a vacations with your family. In off season you may get half price with a 3 bedroom apartment.
