Windows and doors lentils size

Building a brick veneer in NSW.
what is the requirement for lentils size for the following windows and doors? Does the lentil have to be 150 extra each side?

What did your last slave die of?

Your Engineer is the one can specify your lintel size.

I always find the size of lentils depends on the type.
Red lentils always seem to be larger than puy lentils while brown lentils can be quite variable.

Seriously though, for lintels, I always allow 100mm bearing for anything under 1.0m and 150mm for anything over 1.0m.
