Double glazed windows in WA.

Gidday there all! We are building in WA. We are putting in double glazed windows to our home. Just wandering if anyone can help on a few questions on double glazed windows?
All windows - tinted 4mm on the outside and the inside clear 4 mm.
Sliding doors will be toughened glass tint 5mm and the inside clear 5mm.
The front of the house faces east with the master bedroom and office getting the morning sun.
The back of the house faces the west and will get the full sun in the afternoon. The dining sliding door and kitchen window will only get all that afternoon sun.
Does anyone know about how to calculate the percentage of insulation for the above windows and doors.
