If you have a square set window and door with a plaster return do you still need the timber reveal? Brick veneer house.

Brick veneer required the window to be attached to the house frame, this is usually achieved by screwing through the timber reveal into the frame. There are ways of adapting the window to take plaster or the EZ Reveal. Ask your window supplier.
