Air-light (almost) concrete products (not sure of the name)

I've ocassionally seen these very light "concrete" (?) blocks on TV. What are they? Where can we buy them?
I want one that can serve as a step
, so about 1m long and not that high (about 10 cm is OK).

Anyone knows where to find them and what are they actually called?
Are you thinking of Hebel?

Thanks Shane, but I don't know. Did you mean this Hebel product: http://www.hebelaustralia.com.au/homeowners/homefencesystems.aspx or something else?
I always see these guys at home shows and home ideas centers

They are called ICF blocks.
See wikipedia for Insulating Concrete Form (ICF)

How to remove ceiling air con vent?

General Discussion

How do you remove one of these ceiling air con vents? And is it possible to disconnect the duct joined to the vent from inside the house, without going into the roof cavity?
