These are 4 videos I've made of the HWS system. The buzzing appears to happen when the system is heating a lot of water - like if my whole family has showered in the morning.
Is this the normal sound this unit should make? I can sometimes hear it buzzing inside the house. In the last video, you will see how I change the 'setting' from 1 to 3 and back. This has been going on for around 2 months.

Hot water system - normal operating sound?

They are pretty minor sounds compared to the noise our instantaneous unit makes when it ignites and runs especially when the tap is turned on full and the flames are burning on max. Even after it stops heating the water there is a small sound louder than yours which I think is the fan cooling down the circuitry for a few minutes. The buzzing sound may be something similar with your HWC. Ask a sales rep or a tech guy from the company that makes it.

Thanks. Just concerned as that noise started 10+ months after it was installed. So it hasn't always made that noise.

If its 12 month warranty that sounds about right ...
I remember in one house (older) we could never hear the shower or hot water in other rooms. In the newer places you seem to get the noise more. Is this due to less insulation etc ?
