Roof ventilation

I am looking at options for roof ventilation. Solar vents are very expensive but I have been told by a few people that whirlybirds end up squeaking and need replacing. Not sure if particular brands are better. Any recommendations?
Would eve vents be enough to help cool a tin roof space down or will it still require a whirlybird?

Thanks

No moving parts, sits on the roof ridge.
Still needs eave vents.
We have 3 E-Vents on the roof and 6 Eave Vents in the eaves

Brass fly wire, you will need to cut it, shape it and jam it into brick slots
