Screen / Do you know the name of this tree?

Does anyone know what kind of tree that is in the pic? Looks like a great screen/hedge for our backyard along the fence for privacy from the neighbours next to us as well as the ones behind which are looking on top of us so a screening hedge/tree should be about 4m. We are in a coastal suburb NOR in Perth, sandy soil. Thanks.
