Hi All,
We are doing a KDR. Due to our land, our driveway has the following profile.
I am trying to work out what this will look like and how steep it is but i'm struggling to find any example photos..
Anyone got some they can share or point me in the right direction?
That is getting close to the steepest practical driveway (25%)
There is also a risk of grounding the underside of the vehicle at the top of the slope. . . . a big risk if you own a sporty vehicle that has been lowered.
See this link for some more information:

I don't understand how to convert the % into an angle, anyone got any ideas how? Trying to picture it.
I don't think we have a choice for this driveway as it must align to the spec. It's only steep for 3meters, is it really that bad??
ANy other ideas? We can't change the garage floor level
This is my driveway, similar gradients, but a little longer (10 metres) - on the righthand side of the Porsche its 25% for about a metre.
We can get standard cars up and down fairly easily, so I doubt you'd have a problem with them. we can reverse the Porsche in on the higher side of the driveway - but going down the layback kerb is an issue as can be seen here - fractionally off grounding.
I've just joined the site - hence the late posting. A developer has had plans approved that will result in 30% cross slopes on this driveway. The RPEQ certified that this was not a worsening of my driveway so the council ticked it off. I'm having an independent Traffic Engineer do an impact assessment with a view to a court action.

Australian Standard for Parking Facilities (AS2890.1:2004) - see NOTE - permits any grade in a hilly area:
